- Having a personal trainer will allow you to focus on your personal goals where YOU are our sole focus. You’ll be shown the correct exercises, and technique so you can achieve results much more effectively and quickly than when you do them in a group session.
- We’ll spend time getting to know you, your body’s needs and abilities and design a bespoke, personalised programme tailored to your goals.
- Your trainer will make sure your form and technique are correct, meaning you get the full impact of each move and, crucially, prevent yourself from sustaining an injury.
- If you’re unfamiliar with the gym, we’ll introduce you to all the different equipment, showing you what you should using and the correct motion to achieve your goals, and how do so safely.
- Many of our members complement their Group Personal Training with a 1-to-1 PT session regularly to achieve optimum results.

Mike has spent over 5 years gaining the highest standard of education in the field graduating from University of Chester in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree specialising in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Nutrition.
He didn’t want to be just another generic Personal Trainer fresh off a 12 week PT course. He is absolutely dedicated to ensuring he provides the highest standards in service and quality so clients can enjoy the rewards of living a healthy lifestyle. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and truly believes that the services offered at Ultimate Fitness Cheshire are the best form of private health care money can buy (Prevention is better than cure right)? This is not Personal Training as you know it. It is so much more.

Having been a Yo-Yo dieter for many years and quitting smoking I had become increasingly unhappy with my size and lack of fitness. I decided to get back to the gym and attempt to do something about it. It was there that I noticed Mike training others and I thought I would give it a try.
I spoke to Mike in the gym who advised I book a session with him. I felt a little anxious about this as I knew I was out of shape and to be honest was quite embarrassed. I had an initial assessment which immediately put me at ease. After the assessment I was good to go.
I have never looked back since. I now see Mike once a week, mainly because I enjoy the sessions so much but he also gives me new ideas for my workouts. Mike is always at hand for advice if I need it. Not only have I lost all the weight I wanted to I am managing to keep it off. I have found a new love of exercise and have even entered a few competitions. My life has completely changed for the better.
I have now completed my Total Transformation Plan with Mike. I have been in training many times in the past but have never had the results I have had with Mike in such a short period. Mike has been an absolute rock for me, not only training me but helping me with the correct diet. The guy has an abundance of energy and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and Nutrition. The training sessions have been fun, enjoyable and different with each and every session, complete with a lot of hard work. Having been reluctant in the past to join a gym, I decided just over year ago to act on my fitness. My key reason for joining the gym was so that I could wear a slim fit shirt, a pair of 32 inch jeans and feel better about myself! Having never really been into the gym I decided to join up just over 6 months ago, with the aim of getting into shape for a big holiday. The reason for joining was over a couple of years I’d put on around 18lbs in weight and I wanted rid.
