Our sessions are a mixture of strength, conditioning, cross fit, muscle hypertrophy and functional movement, all pre-planned to optimise your workout with all equipment ready and waiting for you. No waiting for it to be free!
You’ll have an elite Personal Trainer in every session focusing on the group and ensuring everyone is using the weights and machinery correctly.
Our supportive members are the life and soul of our training facility. We have a large mix of women and men, all ages and all abilities. Many of our members had never trained before and now they are the fittest they have ever been!
We are passionate about helping all of our members make real progress and enjoy the benefits of building a stronger, fitter body and mindset.
No joining fee or monthly commitment but to join you will need to complete a mandatory 1-2-1 PT session for £45 so that we can assess your current fitness levels and discuss your goals.

Having never really been into the gym I decided to join up just over 6 months ago, with the aim of getting into shape for a big holiday.
