Ultimate Fitness Cheshire are pleased to introduce new Fusion classes into our training timetable. We recognise the importance of better agility and flexibility when it comes to a holistic fitness regime, and Fusion will help you gain strength, muscle definition, flexibility, and overall mind-body health.
Fusion workouts are the perfect blend of exercises based on fitness, yoga and Pilates. They help to improve your strength and agility using static stretching to loosen the joints and stretch your muscles so that you become more flexible and increase your full range of movement.
Fusion workouts are an efficient way to gain strength, muscle definition, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Each class will use different combinations so you will never get bored and they are led by our very experienced trainer, Lee Heywood. Most people who have taken part in a Fusion class say that it’s really helped loosen their joints and stretch muscles and they feel restored and invigorated after the class.
Some of the benefits of Fusion exercise include:
- Better balance
- Deeper relaxation
- Improved flexibility
- Improved focus
- Reduced stress
- Stronger arms, legs and glutes
- Stronger connection with your body
- Toned core muscles
The perfect combination with your Group Personal Training
Fusion really helps to complement your Group Personal Training classes by increasing your range of movement and allowing you to achieve more from the weights you lift as well as improve your technique.
Fusion will also work on isometric holds, which involve the contraction of the muscle without any movement of the joint. Studies suggest that isometric training can help build muscle mass, provide more safety when performing ballistic movements, and be potentially beneficial for rehabilitation as well.
There’s no better way to condition and stretch the body than Fusion. Come and give our Fusion classes in Warrington a try. You can do a class as part of your membership, or pay for a one-off class for £10.
