Why you need an Online Personal Trainer Coach

Gyms may be closed and many of us are still confined to our homes, but this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t look after our health. In fact, it’s never been more important. Thanks to technology, maintaining and building your fitness has never been easier.  However, with a plethora of YouTubers offering so-called ‘personal training’, it’s important to ensure you are doing the RIGHT training that meets your personal goals and, more importantly, to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.

At Ultimate Fitness Cheshire, we keep our groups small (to a max of 10 people) to ensure everyone gets personal attention.  Exercises are explained clearly by our personal trainer and he will watch everyone individually from the web cam to ensure everyone is doing the movements correctly.

There’s an expert Personal Trainer on hand for every online training session, to ensure our members are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, and to maximise results.  Sometimes all we need is a little support and encouragement, so they’ll be on hand to do exactly that on days when you might be feeling more lethargic. 

Online training sessions are varied

It’s easy to get bored with online training programmes, that’s why we vary each session to work different areas of the body and ensure everyone is individually challenged. No two workouts will be the same, making each session fun and challenging.

Set realistic goals

We get to know each of our members personally; their fitness levels, the weights they can lift and whether they have any injuries. This means your personal trainer can set realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments where necessary.
