Wish you could afford Personal Trainer? Well now you can …

Everyone wishes they could afford their own Personal Trainer; someone to guide you through achieving your fitness goals, helping you lift weights the CORRECT way, and generally being by your side to motivate you during each workout.

However, having a dedicated Personal Trainer is a luxury that not everyone can afford.  That’s why we created Group Personal Training – training in small groups (up to 10 people) with a Personal Trainer with you throughout each session giving you motivation, instruction and pushing you to meet your goals.

Here are just some of the great benefits of Group Personal Training:

Structured workouts

We’ve all been there. You walk into the gym after a hard day’s work, not really feeling that motivated but knowing that a little workout is better than nothing.  You do a bit of cardio (enough to raise your heartrate), then sheepishly lift a few weights and continue doing the same old circuit that you’ve always done.  You haven’t focused on any particular areas of the body and after 3 months, you’re left wondering why you haven’t changed much shape at all.  Sound familiar?

It’s a common problem with standard gym memberships.  This is why at Ultimate Fitness Cheshire we like to do things a little differently.  We’re not a typical gym where you can just rock up and do your own workout. Our Group Personal Training sessions are structured so that you don’t need to think about your workout. Our Personal Trainers do the thinking for you.  They’ve already structured your group session to work on specific areas of your body and they are dedicated solely to helping you achieve the best results. Everyone gets noticed and no-one can get away with doing less reps just because they feel tired!

Benefits of training in a group

There are a load of other benefits of group personal training too, including the camaraderie you get from training with other people – all of whom are working towards similar goals.  Whether it’s getting up at 6am to drag yourself to the gym, nailing the first round of squats or powering through that last rep – it’s definitely easier (and more enjoyable) to get fit in a pack.

There’s something about having a friendly group of people to train with that provides you with the motivation and accountability that everyone needs to be successful.

Pushing yourself harder

No-one wants to be the weakest link in a group setting, so you’re more likely to push yourself harder when training in a small group than you are training by yourself.  Group Personal Training can increase positive competitiveness, wanting to keep up with others and inspiring you to do more.

We offer a varied schedule at Ultimate Fitness Cheshire of Group Personal Training, each with a dedicated Personal Trainer to guide and motivate you so you achieve your fitness goals easier and faster.
